I eat little but I don't lose weight!
This is one of the exclamations I hear every day from all the users who come before me in search of the magic formula for weight loss.
obviously, as in everything, there are so many parameters to be taken into consideration in order to understand the reasons why subjects do not manage to lose weight, excluding in the first place particular pathologies.
Today I would like to focus on a parameter that is very often underestimated but which, if taken into consideration, could really give us incredible results: BODY TEMPERATURE.

The first few times they told me about the relationship between phases of weight loss and body temperature I was really thrilled. they made me understand that my masters monitor body temperature mainly to know, you are in a caloric phase, your metabolism is still active or if it starts to stop. I decided therefore I decided to change course to insert a halt to the caloric cut, deciding therefore to increase again the calories until the body temperature did not go up again up to 36 °.
Incredibly, after a week the other was more powerful and after the first week of new caloric cuts it had already lost 600 grams and the temperature continues to rise almost reaching 36.5
With this I simply want to invite you to pay attention to all the aspects of training you can measure every day.
